Competition Details: Entry
The competition will consist of three different categories: Pulled Pork, Baby Back Ribs, and Beef Brisket. An entry fee of $100 will be needed for each of the categories. Each competitor will need to brings their own equipment, including protein. The college will sell proteins if the competitor cannot bring their own.
